LABOUR CHARGES

The tariffs below do not include VAT, which will be added on the invoice.

Workshop Repairs	Labour	R 550.00 per hour
	Collection / Delivery	R 400.00 per trip
On-Site Repairs	Traveling	R 400.00 per trip
	Labour	R 450.00 per hour (or part thereof)
	Additional after hours call-out	R 200.00 per incident.
Other	On-line or telephonic support	R 250.00 per hour (part thereof)
	Network or Camera Cabling	R 650.00 per point (including material)

NOTE:-

A 20% discount on labour will be allowed if the account is settled within 24hrs of the presentation of the invoice. This does not apply to Network / Camera cabling, which is made up of both labour and material.

A 10% discount will be allowed for network or camera cables if the account is settled within 24hrs of the presentation of the invoice.

Any discounts shown on the invoice expire at midnight in the last day of the month.

All prices quoted are strictly COD and exclude VAT.

Should extended terms be required, arrangements MUST be made before the job commences.

CONTRACTED REPAIRS:-

Certain repairs are sent to an approved repair center and are repaired by specialised personnel.

Most repair centers charge a "quote rejection fee". If the repair center charges this fee, the client is responsible for this.

MAINTENANCE AGREEMENTS:-

Maintenance agreements can be arranged.
